About the trek
What to expect on this route
The Milam route follows the Gori Ganga into the historic Johar Valley, once connected to trans-Himalayan trade. The landscape shifts gradually from forest and river gorge to open alpine terrain and old summer settlements.
This is an expedition-style trek rather than a rushed checklist. Daily movement, camps and local logistics are adjusted to the group and trail conditions.
